    Your choice. A seasonal flat rate covers every snowfall all winter for one price. Per push means you pay for each visit. Not sure? Pick "Quote me both" on the work order and compare.

    Do I need to call when it snows?

    Not on a seasonal plan: you're cleared after every snowfall automatically. On per push, you choose on the work order whether we come automatically after each snowfall over 5 cm, or only when you call.

    How is my price set?

    From your work order: driveway size and surface, walkways, slope and anything tricky. That's why the work order asks for the details.

    How is summer work priced?

    From your work order: lawn size, terrain, how often and what you want done. MowJoe gets back to you with a price before any work starts.

    Can I keep the same crew all year?

    Yes. Choose "Both seasons" on the work order and one crew covers your property winter and summer.
